Before booking your Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experience, please ensure you do not require medical clearance from your doctor. The documents below will guide you in determining whether a medical sign-off is necessary. If you do need one, please email us to request the required form to take to your doctor.

Please note that if you book a DSD and arrive without the necessary medical sign-off, or if it is not provided within our 24-hour cancellation policy, Dive Bermuda reserves the right to charge you in full for the booking.
